GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC / AGB)

1. OFFERS
Offers, including prices and delivery, are indicative and non-binding unless agreed otherwise in writing.

2. ORDERS
Orders become binding only after our written confirmation. Our delivery and payment terms apply. Verbal agreements require written confirmation.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices in order confirmations are indicative, based on list prices at delivery. Raw material price changes or other factors may adjust prices and discounts, even for confirmed orders. Payment: advance, cash (pickup), PostFinance Card / E-Finance, Twint, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal. Advance payment uses info in confirmation. Goods shipped after payment. COD due on receipt. Credit card charged at order.

4. DELIVERY
Delivery from Kaiseraugst warehouse or responsible delivery warehouse. Packaging not returned. Switzerland only. Delivery approx. 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

5. SHIPPING
Shipping at our discretion via train, post, or courier, at recipient’s cost. Risk passes to buyer once shipment leaves warehouse. Prices include VAT. Shipping for end customers: ≤100 CHF = 9.50 CHF, 100.01–149.99 CHF = 4.50 CHF, >150 CHF free. COD surcharge 6 CHF. Credit card charged at order.

6. DELIVERY DATES NON-BINDING
Dates are indicative. Start upon receipt of all order details. Force majeure, shortages, or operational issues may delay or cancel. After event, acceptance may be required. No compensation.

7. RETENTION OF TITLE
Goods remain our property until fully paid. On resale, buyer assigns related claims to us.

8. RETURNS
Returns only by prior agreement, unused condition. Costs borne by sender. Food not refundable; coffee machines/accessories 10 days.

9. SCOPE
Swiss buyers export only with written consent. Foreign shipments under separately agreed conditions.

10. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
Kaiseraugst for delivery and payment.

11. JURISDICTION
Exclusive: Rheinfelden District Court.

12. MISCELLANEOUS
Customer terms non-binding. Order acceptance = acceptance of our terms. Reseller prices excl. VAT, ex-warehouse Kaiseraugst.

13. CONTRACT VALIDITY
Contract valid even if individual clauses are invalid.

14. PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT / POWERPAY
POWERPAY offers “purchase on account”. Single invoice. Late payment = next month’s invoice. POWERPAY manages payments and claims. Acceptance = POWERPAY T&Cs (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
